My name is Lisa and I am a Bowen practioner new to Sidmouth.

Bowen therapy is a non-invasive technique used to treat muscular and neurological problems.

Very helpful with back, neck, knee pain and frozen shoulder. Digestive and respiratory issues, hay fever and allergies. Sciatica and ongoing chronic problems. Also great to bring down stress levels and improve sleep.
