About the roleAs a result of rapid growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our high performing Recycling & WasteOperations and Projects team assisting in the delivery of our largest service, and one that affects everyhousehold in our district every week.You will be responsible for collating, monitoring and analysing waste management data and servicecontracts and you will work collaboratively with our partner contractor, households and other stakeholdersto ensure the most effective and efficient waste management provisions, driving high recycling rates andlevels of compliance across the district. On a typically busy day you could be resolving operationalproblems on site, dealing with customer enquiries or taking the lead on an improvement project; andwhilst based out of our headquarters in Honiton, you will also be working from home, making site visits toour contractor and travelling around the district to monitor compliance on the ground - at times you willneed to be hands on and prepared to handle waste materials.Adaptability is key to deal with the challenges of delivering a fast moving and essential service which iscustomer focussed.
