A FREE Fitness Expo, Devon Fitspo, will soon be taking place in Sidmouth, bringing together personal trainers, dance instructors and reflexologists, as well as range of other exhibitors.

Devon Fitspo will be held at Sidmouth College on Saturday, March 7, between 10am and 4pm.

A spokesman for the event said: "You don't need to be in London to have access to the best fitness classes, events and advice.

"Join us at Devon Fitspo and discover the very best right on your doorstep here in East Devon and Exeter.

"Each exhibitor will be on-hand throughout the day to talk to you about what they offer and answer any of your burning health and fitness queries. There will be personal trainers, dance instructors, reflexologists and more, with many giving demos/talks to give you a little taste of classes, from boxing to yoga.

"There will also be a talk from a nutritionist to help you get your diet on track, fuelling workouts and helping you live a healthier lifestyle, with a little indulgence every now and then, of course."

Entry is free and the event is raising money for Sidmouth College's new building and for Action On Hearing Loss.
