Office Admin Assistant, Ottery St Mary.

Charity Earnshaw Home Care is looking to appoint an Office Administrative assistant on a full-time or part-time temporary basis.

We are a family oriented friendly care agency operating in East Devon, mainly in the Sidmouth area.

We are looking for a 25 hours per week part-time and 40 hours per week full-time for the initial 3-month contract.

Ongoing this will become a permanent role.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring / audits of care notes, telephone logs and all non-medical processes such as office risk assessments, care planning audits, etc..

• Rostering using Care Planner software,

• Printing and distribution of the weekly care rosters,

• Telephone answering and general filing / office duties.

Must have good a good command of English, be PC literate and have good Microsoft office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Salary: £10 to £12 per hour.
