4. Pipers Chantry Convent Road Sidmouth EX10 8RE

T1 - Norway Maple (Crimson King)

Dismantle to ground level and replant with a species to be confirmed, further away from the property.

The tree is situated in the rear garden within close proximity to the rear elevation causing a significant reduction of natural light entering the property. Due to the combination of the close proximity to the house and poor pruning work that has been carried out historically, it makes a reduction of the foliar area and therefore shading very difficult whilst retaining a tree with good form. Status: Approved

5. Sidholme Annexe Elysian Fields Sidmouth EX10 8UJ

Reconfiguration of internal layout of annexe building to provide 6 holiday rooms. Status: Approved
