A fire appliance from Sidmouth was mobilised following calls from neighbours reporting a car on fire in the street outside their properties. Our crew were soon on scene and had the fire under control, however the fire was so severe the car was totally destroyed.

Once the fire was extinguished, using 2 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet and a thermal imaging camera, and the area made safe, duty of care was left with the owner and Police after establishing the cause as deliberate ignition.
