CLEARED: Crash partially blocks Four Elms Hill near Sidmouth

The A3052 at Four Elms Hill near Sidmouth is partially closed.

This is due to a crash involving a motorcyclist near Four Elms Fruit Farm.

Traffic is reported to be 'coping well'.
