Devon & Somerset Fire Service: What risks and hazards are there in the Sidmouth area?

Devon & Somerset Fire and Rescue Service has launched an online survey to ask residents about potential risks in their area.

The survey is part of a regular strategic review, and also contains questions about perceptions of the service and which duties the public think are important for it to undertake.

Feedback from the survey will be used in a five-year Community Risk Management Plan, outlining the risks of certain areas and the fire service's plans to manage them.

Area Manager Darren Peters said: "We are asking for information from communities, staff and other agencies and we hope you can contribute, and the information will help formulate the plan and then will be available for public consultation this autumn."

The deadline is 20 May.
