Easter eggs and more now available at the Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth
By Will Goddard 10th Apr 2022
A new Easter nature trail activity is now on offer at the Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth - and a prize is available at the end.
Using trail sheets, you can find which animal lives where, and find out how maintaining their habitats and natural ecosystems helps contribute to the health and wellbeing of the donkeys.
It costs £5 to take part, and all participants receive an Easter egg on completion and a bag of seeds to create a wildflower meadow at home. It will run until 24 April.
There will also be three activity sessions at the sanctuary including making fruit and vegetable kebabs and 'sensory boxes'.
The free sessions will be held on Thursday 14 April at 11am, Tuesday 19 April at 2pm, and at 11am on Thursday 21 April. Booking is not required but spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
The Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth is open seven days a week from 9am to 5pm. Entry and parking are free and dogs on leads are welcome.
