Eight lucky local individuals in East Devon are now the proud owners of tickets to watch Exeter Chiefs play Harlequins this summer.

It comes after local charity LED Leisure, which operates leisure centres in the area, held a community get-active scheme to help people improve their fitness and wellbeing.

The scheme, 'LED Let's Move', saw people record their activities in the charity's app. After they had done a certain amount they were then entered into a random draw for the tickets.

LED Let's Move was so successful that it saw people record as many as 1,700 activities in the app in just three weeks.

A spokesperson for LED Leisure said: "We would like to say a massive well done to everyone in our community who took part in LED Let's Move. It was so inspiring to see so many members getting active and joining in with the fun. We had over 1,700 'moves' recorded in just three weeks!

"Congratulations to our winners below, if you haven't already please check your emails for an Exeter Chiefs ticket from our marketing team!

"Melanie Cadwell, Keira Stevenson, Sarah Baldwin, Tean Terharne-Hurley, Andy Page, Alison Gannon, Paulette Xavier and Jess Awdas.

"Keep your eyes peeled for more fun competitions coming soon!"
