A former Sidmouth nightclub is up for rent and could become a new cafe, wine bar or pub for the town.

The building, on Fore Street, used to house Carinas Nite Club but is now undergoing 'a major refurbishment program to include panoramic concertina glazed windows with Juliette balconies'.

The Fore Street property, which boasts a 309 sq m floor space, is being let by Stratton Creber Commercial and is available in its entirety or as two separate units.

Here is how Stratton Creber Commercial describes the building's location: "The premises formerly known as 'Carinas Nite Club' situated in the heart of the town centre and less than 50 yards from

the seafront.

"Sidmouth is a popular seaside town with a population in excess of 14,000 and situated about 15 miles south east of Exeter.

"The town benefits from a strong restaurant and retail offering including tenants such as Costa Coffee, Coffee #1, Fat Face, Mountain Warehouse, Sea Salt, Joules as well as more traditional retailers such as Boots, Holland & Barrett and Edinburgh Woollen Mill.

"Sidmouth also offers a number of well-established hotels and benefits from an all year round trade together with an influx of tourists in the summer months."

Unit A is valued at £32,500 per annum and Unit B is valued at £27,500 per annum.
