Devon Fitspo will be holding its first health and wellbeing event in Sidmouth on Saturday, 7 March.

Event organiser, Lauren Clapp, is appealing to any local fitness businesses to get involved quick before exhibitor spaces are all gone.

She said: "There are still a few stands left for the next Devon Fitspo, which is being held in Sidmouth.

"If you have a business in fitness or health and wellbeing and would like to showcase what you do locally then please contact us.

"As well as a stand, you will have the chance to hold a talk or demo with lots of pre and post marketing from us.

"Space is now limited so please contact us asap to reserve your place."

The event will be held at Sidmouth College from 10am - 4pm. Entry is free but people are advised to arrive demonstrations at least five minutes early for demonstrations.

Spaces are limited and are on a first come, first serve basis.

All sessions are no longer than 20 minutes, with time after to talk to the instructor, ask any questions, and book future classes.

According to the event website: "On the day, we'll be raising money for Sidmouth College's new building and Action on Hearing Loss, with a raffle - a cause close to organiser Lauren Clapp, of LC Fitness, who has partial hearing loss and wears an aid.

"She is also running the London Marathon in April 2020 for the charity and donations are welcome."
