A spooky looking group of runners will be making their way through Sidmouth to raise money for a good cause this Halloween.

A few Sidmouth Running Club members have been socially distanced running together throughout the last few months on a Saturday morning.

And as Halloween 2020 falls on a Saturday this year, Helen Akay and Beccy Johnson decided to rally the support of their running buddies to dress up and raise money for Sid Valley Foodbank.

The spooky group will be setting off at 9am from Sidford and will run through the Byes and across the seafront.

Don't forget to shout boo, cackle or cheer them on if you see them - they are quite friendly really.

Beccy set up a Just Giving page but has had to up the total three times thanks to the generosity of friends and Mighty Greens (SRC members).

So far they have raised £190 towards their £200 target but would love the help of the Sidmouth community to help up the total even further.
