Harry gets into the Euro 2020 spirit (and we don't mean Harry Kane)

A Donkey Sanctuary resident that shares a name with an England international appears to be getting into the football fever spirit ahead of Sunday's big game.

Like his famous namesake, England star Harry Kane, Harry the donkey enjoys playing with footballs.

It's just one of the donkey enrichment activities the sanctuary's resident herd take part in, helping to keep them happy and engaged.

The donkeys also like playing with wellington boots, investigating strings of carrots tied up in their yard, and working out how to retrieve a tasty reward from treat balls.

These activities give the donkeys more opportunities to interact with their environment and be more mentally and physically active. This helps maintain normal behaviour, ensures their instinctual needs are met and stops them putting on weight.
