A group in Sidmouth needs your help to create the first ever Sidmouth Fairtrade Business Directory.

If you have some spare time over the next two months why not help the Sidmouth Fair Trade Steering Group create a directory of the town's ethical, Fairtrade and organic businesses.

If you take on the paid position you will be asked to:

-Visit 60+ Sidmouth Businesses: cafes, restaurants, hotels, B&Bs and shops and chat to business owners/managers.

-Share information on how to source Fairtrade products for their business and share some Fairtrade chocolate treats.

-Ask them to put up a sticker somewhere in their premises to show they are, 'Proud to Support Sidmouth as a Fairtrade Town.

-Write up each visit: the business name, website, what they do, contact details, phone number and how they might appear in the directory as a supporter of Fairtrade.

Whoever takes on the role will be paid £15 to read up and prepare for visits, £5 for each visit made and a bonus for all businesses that agree to post a Fairtrade sticker.
