Sidmouth businesses are being offered the chance to find out how to make a better first impression on social media.

Having a strong online presence is so important for businesses at the moment and first impressions count.

Sidmouth Chamber of Commerce member, Nikki Peckham of PKM Digital is offering online training to help businesses make sure they are nailing their Facebook pages and maximising the opportunity to turn page visitors into followers and fans.

This training helps businesses to think about their Facebook page from a different point of view and provides lots of practical advice to help you improve your Facebook presence and make a better first impression.

Nikkie said: "With Covid-19 upon us, whether you are working hard to change your business model and deliver your services online and are experiencing an influx of new customers, or, have had to shut down for the time being and are preparing for your come back, now is the perfect time to improve your Facebook page first impressions."

The training will be running on Tuesday, May 12, at 2pm and Wednesday, May 13, at 8pm.

It can be booked here.

Due to Covid-19, PKM Digital are offering this at only £20pp (reduced from £35) for a basic ticket, or £60pp (reduced from £75) for a premium ticket, which includes a review of your Facebook page and a 30 minute 1-2-1 call after the training to share feedback, discuss improvements and help you create your action list.

You can also follow PKM Digital on Facebook for regular tips and advice with your social media.
