Asbestos Surveyor – Sidmouth

An opportunity has arisen to join a highly-respected asbestos company providing a range of specialist asbestos services to a nationwide client base. The successful candidate will hold the P402 asbestos certificate and will be able to demonstrate their specialised asbestos knowledge and experience carrying out surveys on a range of site types.

Consideration will be given to applications from Exmouth, Tiverton, Newton Abbot, Sidmouth, and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications and Experience:

-The applicant must have attained the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.

-Will have extensive practical experience working as an asbestos surveyor and within the asbestos industry.

-Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and client-facing skills.

-Will be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

-Well versed with the Health & Safety procedures and regulations pertaining to asbestos.

Responsibilities:

-Carrying out Asbestos surveys on various properties on a range of site types such as commercial, industrial, residential and domestic.

-Collating and producing accurate asbestos reports as and when required.

-Liaising with clients from all levels on a regular basis, including high profile clients and dealing with issues appropriately and effectively.
