Paramount Personnel are looking to recruit a Demi Chef de Partie for a stunning hotel near Sidmouth in Devon. The person that takes on this role will have at least 1-2 years experience in a professional environment and will be passionate about food and producing exceptional dishes.

The Demi Chef de Partie will receive an annual salary in the region of £18,000 - £22,000 depending upon experience.

The Demi Chef de Partie that takes on this role will have previously been a Commis Chef and will be responsible for stock control and ordering, menu planning, staff training and progression, COSHH and ensuring that the highest possible levels of service are achieved at all times.
