One of the country's best gospel choirs will soon be coming to Sidmouth to perform and to teach people the joy of gospel singing.

BBC Gospel Choir of the Year finalists, Sing Gospel from London, will be hosting a day-long gospel singing workshop at Sidmouth College on Saturday, September 28.

The workshop will be followed by a concert at the college starting at 5.30pm, doors open at 5pm.

Sing London will be led by one of the country's top gospel choirmasters, Josh Cadman.

All profits from the workshop and concert will go to the Sidmouth College Association and will be put towards raising money for new school dining room furniture.

Workshop tickets are £35 each plus a booking fee. Concert tickets are £5 each plus a booking fee.

Those attending the workshop are encouraged to bring a packed lunch. Snacks, cakes and refreshment will be on sale all day, raising money for the SCA.
