Paragon Books is currently being marketed by estate agency Everett Masson & Furby as a leasehold for £35,000.

Described as a "long-established" and "popular" business of more than 30 years, it offers a wide range of titles for all age groups, and enjoys a "strong following" from locals and tourists alike.

A "reliable" and "profitable" business, its 2023 sales were £138,469 excluding VAT with a gross profit of £61,010, according to the estate agency.

Inside, there are a number of sections as well as a service counter, a good-size stock room/office, a kitchen area and a cloakroom.

The business is reportedly "easily manageable" and can be operated by one person.
