Man arrested after suspected arson near Sidmouth

A man's been arrested on suspicion of arson after a garden shed went up in flames in Colaton Raleigh near Sidmouth.

Police were called out to Eden Way in Church Road at around 1am on Sunday, April 11.

A 54-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of having started the fire deliberately. He's been released pending further enquiries.

Any witnesses, or anyone with any information, including CCTV or mobile phone footage, are asked to contact police on 101 or via email on [email protected] quoting CR/028382/21.
