Plans to build a bungalow in the garden of a Sidbury property have been submitted to East Devon District Council.

The new single-storey residential dwelling would have around 103 square metres of internal floor area and feature two bedrooms.

It would be built in the 18x35-metre garden of two-bed converted barn Bramley, located off Ridgeway at the edge of the village.

Bramley is located off Ridgeway at the edge of Sidbury (Google)

The property would use the existing access from Ridgeway and feature white render, a slate roof, white UPVC windows and doors, and black rainwater goods.

The application also includes demolishing a modern blockwork garage/ store.

The plans are currently awaiting a decision from East Devon District Council.
