New Vicar needed for Sidmouth Church

A church in Sidmouth is looking for a new vicar, in particular someone who wants to help build on the church's musical tradition.

Sidmouth Parish Church is looking for an experienced priest to join its 'vibrant team ministry'.

The Diocese of Exeter are looking for a vicar who:

-Is Eucharistically centred and sensitive to developing our musical tradition.

-Is an inspiring preacher with good communication skills who can help build our congregation in faith and numbers and engage with different traditions.

-Is a strong team player, committed to contributing to an exciting team and leading a large growing church at the centre of the town's civic life.

-A beautiful seaside/ countryside environment.

The new priest will work alongside the current Team Rector and new Team Vicar and the post holder will be licensed to the team with responsibility for leadership of Sidmouth Parish Church, St Giles and St Nicholas.
