Road blocked both ways near Ottery St Mary

West Hill Road in West Hill near Ottery St Mary is blocked both ways.
This is due to a fallen tree from Bendarroch Road to Higher Broad Oak Road.
Traffic is reported to be slow moving.
Drivers travelling in the area are advised to seek alternative routes where possible.
