A service of commemoration and thanksgiving for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will be held in Sidmouth this weekend.

It will be held at Sidmouth Parish Church on Sunday 18 September from 6pm by East Devon District Council and the Diocese of Exeter.

Reverend Matt Selman will lead the service, which will include hymns, songs from a choir, Bible readings, prayers, a blessing, and finally the national anthem.

The dress code is lounge suit or uniform.

If you would like to attend, call 01395 517535 or email [email protected] on Friday 16 September.

Spaces are reportedly very limited and there is no parking at the church.
