LED Leisure has just added hundreds of virtual classes for you to try on its app – ideal for people working from home, shielding or unable to get down to the leisure centre.

There are over 700 different workouts for you to try, courtesy of digital fitness content provider Wexer.

A spokesperson said: "Wexer is perfect for those who cannot always make their favourite classes or those who are only able to exercise in off-peak hours."

How does it work?

Download the LED Leisure app, and click the '700+ workouts' button to get started.

The classes range from aerobics to boxing, with a wide variety of cardio and muscle strengthening exercises.

You'll need a membership to access the classes – which will also allow you to use any of LED Leisure's facilities across East Devon.

A membership could also save you as much as 50 per cent if you're using its facilities regularly.

There's also an exclusive special offer this month. If you sign up now, you'll only pay a joining fee of £5 and nothing for January.
