Someday Something, a tea room on Church Street in Sidmouth, is for sale for £140k.

It is currently being marketed by estate agency Everett Masson & Furby as a leasehold.

Described as very popular with "stylish" premises, it has an alcohol licence, a music licence, and alfresco seating.

The tea room has reportedly seen "considerable investment" from the owner over the years and rent is less than £175 per week.

The business had over £200k in sales with a gross profit of £138k in 2022 and benefits from an "excellent" reputation.
