There will also be a 'corporate' race with red ducks sponsored by local businesses.

Over £1,000 in cash prizes is up for grabs for sponsors of the winning yellow ducks in the main race.

Timings

The event will take place on Sunday 18 September from 2pm to 4.30pm.

  • 2.45pm: First duck race with hundreds of red ducks sponsored by local businesses;
  • 3pm: Main duck race with thousands of yellow ducks sponsored by individuals.

The two duck races will start from the cycle bridge and finish near the weir at the Salcombe Road entrance to The Byes.

How can I take part?
