UPDATE: Driver reported by police after crash near Sidmouth results in minor injuries

One of the drivers involved in a two vehicle crash on a main road in and out of Sidmouth today has been reported by the police for 'driving without due care and attention'.

The crash, which resulted in minor injuries for some of those involved, took place on the A3052, near Bowd, at around 12.50pm.

Devon and Cornwall Police told Nub News: "This was a two-vehicle collision. Reported at 12.50pm. Believed to be minor injuries. One driver has been reported for driving without due care and attention."

According to Devon and Cornwall Police the crash left the road partially blocked.

Traffic on A3052 is now believed to be flowing freely.
