Vehicle Fire at Causeway, Beer.

Date: 16.10.2018Time: 19:56Location: Causeway, Beer.The Fire Service were called to reports of a vehicle on fire at the above location. One fire appliance from Seaton and one fire appliance from Colyton were mobilised to this incident.
Once the crew was in attendance the crew identified one vehicle on the highway well alight. The crew immediately got to work extinguishing the fire with the use of two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet, one fog lance and one compressed air foam jet.Once the crew had fully extinguished the fire the vehicle was made safe and this incident was handed back over to the vehicle owner. The cause of fire is believed to be accidental however this vehicle was 100% damaged by fire and smoke.
