Sidmouth residents can recycle their Christmas tree in two different ways this winter, according to East Devon District Council.

If you are currently subscribed to the green waste service, you can put your real (not artificial) tree into your green waste bin, as long as the branches are no thicker than 10cm.

Alternatively, you can take your tree to Sidmouth's Manor Road car park to be collected on Wednesday 5 January between 8.30am and 12pm.
