There's No Such Thing As A "Quick Fix"

Well, I suppose it's a start -- Facebook and Instagram have (finally) banned the promotion of so-called "miracle" diet products. The ones that seemingly turn you from regular, healthy-sized human to supermodel in just seven days.

Those boxing gyms certainly do still exist, but these days there are other ways of getting your boxing fix without the risk of head injuries, making it suitable for all ages and abilities.
