The apartment

Service Charge

£155 per month, correct as of May 2021. Service charge payments are fixed each year by a vote of the leaseholders at the AGM of the Freehold company. You should check the position before making a commitment to purchase.

In addition to the purchase price, any new owner is required to pay 1.0% of the purchase price into a maintenance contingency fund which is for the benefit of all the apartment owners and helps reduce the monthly maintenance charges.
