Sidmouth Community Swimathon

2022 is the 15th year since the inception of the Sidmouth Swimathon which has generated £123,000 for local causes.

This year the event will take place in the Sidmouth Pool on Saturday, October 29th.

The beneficiaries for 2022 are Gateway, Sidmouth Voluntary Services and Sidmouth Primary School PTFA.

Teams of five swimmers will be automatically entered for The Victoria Hotel Challenge Trophy with a target of over 180 lengths set by last year's winners The Sidmouth Surf Lifesaving Club.

Last year, a total of 150 swimmers with ages between six and eighty, took part in raising donations from 450 donors of over £8000
