Sidmouth Nub News would like to thank all the people who've read and shared our stories, contacted us with community news items, or added their business to our local directory.

Since its launch in February 2019, Sidmouth Nub News has published hundreds of articles about the local area: news, community information, town and district council reports and features on local businesses – all directly relevant to people living in Sidmouth.

Our motto is 'your town in your pocket'. We aim to be your one-stop-shop for all things Sidmouth: positive community news, events, property, jobs and classified listings. We publish our news stories on Facebook and Twitter. Sidmouth Nub News had around 21,000 page views last month and our Facebook page has 1,600 page likes.

We are also compiling a directory of the businesses, charities and groups in Sidmouth, to give them a free promotional boost. Several companies are displaying their services in our Local List.

Across the country, Nub News is in 62 towns, having launched just two years ago. We are a fast-growing journalism network, giving readers a great user experience without any invasive adverts.

Sidmouth Nub News is now looking for community-minded sponsors who want to reach a highly engaged, targeted audience.

Sponsors in our other towns include solicitors, care-at-home providers, garden centres, estate agents and restaurants. We have excellent customer references.

We have different sections of the site that can be sponsored.

If you are interested in making your company's name visible to thousands locally, please get in touch with our chief executive Karl Hancock by emailing [email protected]
