Historic Cadhay House near Ottery St Mary will provide the backdrop for an afternoon tea in aid of FORCE Cancer Charity later this month.

The Tudor mansion and its grounds are open to the public at limited times during the summer.

The FORCE tea party on Thursday May 30 (2-4:30pm) offers a great opportunity to wander the glorious gardens at leisure.

Admission is free and as well as a variety of sweet and savoury teatime delights to purchase, there will also be a raffle, plant sale, bring and buy book stall, craft corner and face painting.

Members of the La La Choirs will be performing during the afternoon.

For more information, contact organiser Lyndsey Trimmer on 01404 850831.
