A section of the A3052 near Sidmouth is currently blocked both ways due to a crash.

Traffic is reportedly queueing and the road is blocked between the A375 School Street in Sidford and the turnoff to Thorn Golf Centre at the top of Trow Hill.

The incident was first reported at 3.54pm today (Thursday 5 May), according to the AA.

The AA traffic alert reads: "Road blocked and queueing traffic due to crash on A3052 both ways between A375 School Street and the Golf centre."

No further details regarding the crash are yet known. Devon and Cornwall Police has been contacted for a statement.
