Sidmouth's The Little Deli has launched a charity raffle, with the prize a 3kg chocolate egg from Italy.

All proceeds will go to Sue Ryder, a charity that provides palliative, neurological and bereavement support.

A spokesperson for The Little Deli said: "Lady Sue Ryder, was a humanitarian who was dedicated to the relief of suffering.

"Her work started in WWII, helping people displaced from their homes as a result of war. After the war she widened the scope of her work, supporting people in need of palliative and neurological care across the UK and internationally.

"Please keep an eye on our social media page, as we will announce the winner on there. The egg can either be collected or we can arrange for it to be delivered to you.

"All donations gratefully received. Happy Easter, everyone!"

You can buy a strip of five raffle tickets for £5 or ten for £10 from The Little Deli on Radway in Sidmouth.

The winning ticket will be announced on Easter Sunday (9 April).
