Organisers have confirmed the dates for next year's Sidmouth Folk Festival.

The week-long annual event will return for its 70th anniversary from 2 to 9 August in 2024.

Speaking about this year's festivities, a Sidmouth Folk Festival spokesperson said: "What an amazing week of music-making and celebration we've had at the Sidmouth Folk Festival this last week.

"Heartfelt thanks to every single one of you who participated and made it such a wonderful festival!

"It always fills our hearts to see this special community of people having such a great time at festival venues around town, jam-packed with smiling audiences enjoying the action-packed programme of events showcasing the very best in folk music, dance and song."

Limited numbers of tickets for next year's festival are now for sale online.
