Decision again deferred over controversial scheme to replace doctors' surgery with new homes

East Devon District Council's development management committee on Tuesday deferred the scheme for a further 90 days so the parish council, the Coleridge Medical Centre and Clinton Devon Estates can try and 'work out a solution'.
