Free course in mindfulness for depression

This six week course includes guided practices, self-inquiry, group discussions and reflections to grow emotional intelligence and resilience.
The course aims to explore melancholy and depression with the tool of mindfulness practices for emotional regulation, well-being and life satisfaction.
Wednesdays from 11am-1pm.
A commitment to the whole course and the willingness to practice mindfulness at home is required.
The course is offered by Devon Recovery Learning Community free of charge.
