Police in Sidmouth have set out their policing priorities in a new report released today.

Sidmouth Neighbourhood Policing Team's Connectivity Plan explains the team's priorities going forward and gives the public an insight into the work done by local police officers.

The document states: "Our priorities are identified by using reported crime trends, issues and concerns you have told us about and other issues that have been identified through our community profile data."

Here are the three main priorities laid out in the plan:

  1. Dangerous drug networks
  1. Rural Car Crime – theft from motor vehicles
  1. Fatal and serious road traffic collisions
