Sidmouth Jewellers, a jewellery shop on Fore Street in Sidmouth, is for sale for £29,995.

It is currently being marketed by estate agency Everett Masson & Furby as a leasehold.

Described as a "long-established gift, jewellery and trophy-engraving outlet", it has a front display window on Fore Street and another to the rear on Old Fore Street.

It has a main display area with storage and a service counter, a workshop/engraving area with two engraving machines, as well as an additional staff kitchen area and cloakroom.

The trophy-engraving in particular is described as "lucrative" thanks to local clubs and societies.

Rent is less than £200 per week, and its annual sales are £112,799 excluding VAT with a gross profit of £53,993, according to the estate agency.

The business is reportedly "easily manageable" and can be operated by one person.
