Heating & Plumbing Engineer

Synergi SW is looking for a full time Heating & Plumbing Engineer for service, installation & repairs of gas & LPG appliances (Oftec qualifications preferred but not essential), working as part of a small team within a family business.

Travel around Devon, Dorset and Somerset.

We serve the South West with a high focus on our local area of Exeter & East Devon.

We allow the appropriate amount of time for jobs. Our owners still work on the tools so there is a great understanding of how each job can be different and that each job needs to be treated appropriate as to its individual circumstances.

You will require great customer skills and must treat every home equally and to the standards we require. Our reputation is built on outstanding customer service with extreme levels of cleanliness when working within people's homes.

You must be competent in using a smartphone and basic job management systems for your day to day work such as an electronic diary and job sheet.

You may on occasion be required to undertake various other plumbing & heating tasks but your focal point will be leading up our heating service side of the business as we continue to grow in this area of work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Starting Salary: £35,000 per year. Includes company vehicle, extended 32 days holiday, pension scheme & continued training.
