PHOTOS: Sidmouth Scarecrow Competition kicks off today

Today (17 July) is the first day of a scarecrow making competition in the Sid Valley.
To enter, creations must be inspired by the either the seaside or the movies with three categories; general public, businesses and community.
Already the townsfolk have been demonstrating a creative flair and showing off their straw-filled masterpieces.
