Sidmouth shop crowned best independent greeting card retailer in South West

A Sidmouth shop has won another regional award for the second year in a row.

Kingfisher Cards and Gifts won the 'Best Independent Greeting Card Retailer - South West' award on 7 July at the RETAS Greeting Card Retail Awards 2022 ceremony in London.

It also won the 'Best Greeting Card Retailer Newcomer or New Branch – South' category last year.

Launched in 2005 by magazine Progressive Greetings, the RETAS awards recognise retailers in the greeting card industry.

Owner of Kingfisher Cards and Gifts Tiffany Leach said: "[I'm] so proud of our amazing team at Kingfisher and so pleased we have been recognised for all our hard work, I couldn't be happier. But it's the incredible artists and our suppliers that make Kingfisher so special and a winner!

"The event was incredible and I feel so special to have been part of it all."
