1. WATCH: Why a Spitfire has been seen flying over Sidmouth

An iconic WWII Spitfire has been seen flying over Sidmouth over the last week or so leaving many people to ask where it came from.

Nub News has tracked down the aircraft's owners, Boultbee Flight Academy and discovered that 30 minute and 55 minute Spitfire flights are currently being offered from Exeter Airport.

2. UPDATE: Police confirm man found dead on coastal path near Sidmouth

A man sadly died on the South West Coastal Path near Sidmouth on Wednesday, Devon and Cornwall Police has confirmed.

Police were called at around 9.30am on Wednesday to Salcombe Hill, Sidmouth, after 'reports of concern for the welfare of a man'.
