Welcome to this week's planning briefing from Sidmouth Nub News. Every week your Nub News team will put together a report on the planning applications, big and small, submitted to the area's planning authority, East Devon District Council, from the Sidmouth area.

The applications featured in this report have been verified by EDDC but decisions on the applications have not yet been made.

Here are the planning applications verified by EDDC for the week beginning Monday, February 10:

Ref. No: 20/0318/FUL. Validated: Thu 13 Feb 2020. Status: Awaiting decision.

-Construction of a two storey extension and canopy. Westwards, Bickwell Valley, Sidmouth, EX10 8RF.

Ref. No: 20/0277/FUL. Validated: Wed 12 Feb 2020. Status: Awaiting decision.

-Construction of veranda to the rear. 73 Primley Road, Sidmouth, EX10 9LB.

Ref. No: 20/0272/FUL. Validated: Wed 12 Feb 2020. Status: Awaiting decision.
