Woman hospitalised after two vehicle crash between Sidmouth and Honiton

A woman was taken to hospital after a two vehicle crash on the A375 between Sidmouth and Honiton this morning.
Police were alerted to the incident, at Putts Corner, at around 7.55am today.
A section of the road was closed while first aid was administered to the woman and the vehicles were cleared from the road.
The injured woman is believed to have suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital as a precaution.
The road has now reopened and traffic has returned to normal.
