• Location: Cranbrook• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent• Salary: £30,000 - £46,525

Day-to-day of the role:• Deliver engaging and high-quality science lessons to secondary school students.• Inspire a love for science through innovative teaching methods and exciting experiments.• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to foster academic growth.• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and teaching resources.• Participate in school events and contribute to the school's mission to transform lives and strengthen the community.• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.• A degree in Science or a related subject.• Proven experience in teaching Science at the secondary level.• Strong knowledge of the Science curriculum and current educational practices.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to motivate and engage students in the learning process.• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
